This program plans to cut the cost for father-son time. It's partners, including bowling allies, aquariums, and zoos, sponsor free or nearly free admission for fathers and sons. Obama has also increased funding to fatherhood responsibility awareness groups from $50 to $70 million over the next 5 years.
